I'm Tracy, a married mom of two grade schoolers, a high school English teacher, yoga novice, and writer who runs trails from time to time. I've excavated 500-year-old buffalo bones in tornado alley (during a tornado), barfed surreptitiously behind the Royal Palace in Madrid, been envious of my best friend's blue toilet water, and beaten 15 years of PTSD to the Ironman finish line.
