I'm Tracy, a married mom of two grade schoolers, a high school English teacher, yoga novice, and writer who runs trails from time to time. I've excavated 500-year-old buffalo bones in tornado alley (during a tornado), barfed surreptitiously behind the Royal Palace in Madrid, been envious of my best friend's blue toilet water, and beaten 15 years of PTSD to the Ironman finish line. My world has been anything but standard; here's hoping you understand me anyway.
